I started out running pubs and coffee shops then moved into web development 🖥️. by teaching myself to code and building real projects for real users.

Full-stack web developer based in London, with experience across in-house, freelance and personal product work. I enjoy working across the full journey of a project: shaping the idea, building the frontend, wiring up the backend, deploying it, and improving it once people start using it.

Hospitality Management

Young's Pubs 🍺 · Costa Coffee ☕

Before becoming a developer, I worked in hospitality management, progressing from barista to multi-site manager. That gave me a strong foundation in communication, ownership, pressure management and working with people - skills I now bring into software projects.
